Can I license this game for my arcade, venue, or event?
We are considering a commercial license for arcades and events, but have not yet determined a price or method of execution. For commercial-use inquiries prior to a published pricing plan, please contact us at info@toastidwaffel.com.
Those considering commercial use will also need to look into Meta Quest's Business License for authorization to use Meta Quest headsets commercially.
The $10 purchase on Meta Quest licenses the game for non-commercial use.
You may bring the game anywhere and use it with anyone however you please, provided you are not exchanging any goods or currency for access to the game, or providing access to the game as part of a paid event, location, or service. If you are a venue that provides event space (for example), you may market yourself as a location with enough space to play Catastrophic Inversion and charge a fee for the space and/or Wi-Fi access, but you cannot provide headsets or the game for their use.
