Privacy Policy

1. Our games do not collect any personal information and we advise against you attempting to store personal information in the game. We do not make any effort to encrypt or otherwise protect the information stored in our games (including basic data sent to facilitate networked multiplayer) and you agree to no expectation of security or privacy on that data.

2. Our games use services provided by Unity, Meta, Google, and your local network provider. 

   • You are beholden to their terms of service and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.

3. Your communication with us holds no expectation of privacy.

Terms of Use

1. Using VR can bring slight risk of harm to self, others, and property. You carry full responsibility for that risk and playing our game safely.

2. We do our best to ensure that our games are safe, bug-free, compliant, and working as advertised; but we cannot be held to any expectations for timeliness, completion, or communication.

3. We do not facilitate online connections and are not responsible for the result of any of your interactions with other individuals via our services.

4. We happily allow streaming and/or posting videos/images of our games. All current assets are either our original work or royalty-free. If this changes at any time, we will provide a streamer mode, which will disable necessary licensed content.

5. Purchasing our games currently licenses them for non-commercial use only. They may not be provided as a paid service or as part of a paid service, event, or venue. Commercial license inquiries can be made by email to: info@toastidwaffel.com

6. We reserve the right to pursue action against those who attempt to illegally distribute or obtain any portion of our intellectual property.
